1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1mcuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1mcuci.cam and all associated services, features, and content provided therein.

3 Account Eligibility

You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
You have not been diagnosed with or are not actively suffering from a gambling disorder or problem gambling condition that would render your participation unsafe.

            Malaysian Players: 1mcuci serves players across Malaysia, including those in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. However, the Platform makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling under Malaysian law. 4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 1mcuci Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. When registering your account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly whenever changes occur.
Select a unique username and strong password, and keep your login credentials strictly confidential.
Not share your account access with any third party, and not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.
Notify 1mcuci immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

1mcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport, accompanied by proof of address issued within the last three (3) months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account suspension pending review.

4.2 Account Currency

All accounts on 1mcuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are processed in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made (e.g., USDT TRC20), the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit shall apply.

5 Terms of Use

By using the 1mcuci Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform and its services are provided for personal recreational use only. Any commercial exploitation, systematic extraction of data, automated use, or operation on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 1mcuci.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted only one registered account. Where1mcuci identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — all such accounts may be suspended and any associated bonus funds forfeited.

5.3 Platform Availability

1mcuci aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. 1mcuci is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

5.4 Game Outcomes

All casino games on 1mcuci use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team and reflect our assessment of probabilities. Winning outcomes are never guaranteed, and all participation involves financial risk.

5.5 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 1mcuci reserves the right to void affected wager(s) and refund the original stake to the player's account. No liability shall attach to 1mcuci for losses arising from technical errors.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

1mcuci accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong online banking, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Estimated processing times by method are as follows: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow/FPX within approximately 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire transfers within approximately 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or system maintenance windows.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All deposits must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6.4 Fees

1mcuci does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via Malaysian payment methods. Cryptocurrency transactions may incur network fees payable by the user. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1mcuci are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms when accepted.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn.
1mcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Each promotional offer is available once per eligible user, household, shared device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
Attempting to claim promotions through multiple accounts, using proxies, or any other deceptive means will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account termination.
Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses only and are subject to any applicable wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1mcuci are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product. For sports betting, additional rules apply as follows:

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 1mcuci reserves the right to correct clearly eroneous odds prior to bet confirmation.
In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet slip is submitted and confirmed. Bets submitted during a delay in live data feeds may be voided at 1mcuci's discretion.
Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion of the relevant market's determining criteria, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules depend on the sport and market type.
Mix Parlay bets require all legs to win for the bet to succeed. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay odds are recalculated excluding the voided selection.
Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are determined by1mcuci and may vary based on account tier, event type, and market liquidity.
1mcuci reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any account at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1mcuci Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or bet outcomes.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains are considered void and subject to recovery.
Laundering money or using the Platform to conduct or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to exploit the Platform's promotional structures.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent the Platform's security access controls, or software.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the 1mcuci support team.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 1mcuci

1mcuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason 1mcuci deems appropriate for the protection of the Platform and its users.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 1mcuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the 1mcuci Platform for responsible gambling reasons may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available and once activated, re-registration attempts will be refused for the duration of the exclusion period. 10.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). 1mcuci may, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or close them entirely, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1mcuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 1mcuci or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; publicly display or distribute any content from the Platform without express written permission.

The 1mcuci brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 1mcuci. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mcuci and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

In particular, 1mcuci shall not be liable for: any losses arising from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losses on wagers, bets, or casino games; losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials; or any loss of data, profits, business or goodwill.

Important: Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using 1mcuci, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that 1mcuci bears no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
